The Heidi II detail is the one that changes the risk profile, and it is easy to read past. Prepping a chart or drafting a referral is reversible, and a clinician reads it before it counts for anything. Chasing patient follow-ups is an action taken in the practice's name with a patient on the other end. The approval model almost never moves at the same pace as the capability. The thing worth tracking is whether the agent writes into the practice management system or only proposes, because that single design choice decides who carries the error when it is wrong.
